Type of Bug: Recalibration Station bug
Description: When recalibrating a marksman rifle that is already equipped, recalibrating to the "Determined" talent will not work until the rifle is unequipped and re-equipped. This issue does not happen with other talents (for example, "Lucky Shot")

Steps to reproduce:
1.) Equip a marksman rifle
2.) Recalibrate to "Determined"
3.) Land headshots in the shooting range
Expected result: Landing headshots should procc the Determined talent.
Observed result: Landing headshots do not procc the Determined talent.
