Division of Europe from Czech point of view.

The geographic center of Europe is located in Lithuania after all. Source

Idk how it is for everyone else but the countries I associate with Lithuania are Poland, Latvia, and Belarus (mostly for historical reasons). Lithuania seems to be culturally very Central European to me, including its architecture. Other than that, Lithuanians are primarily catholic, which is another thing that is common among most Central European countries.

Latvia is a gray area. Their language is close to Lithuanian and they share some history with Lithuania afaik, but it has a lot more Nordic cultural influence than Lithuania does. The architecture of Riga reminds me of Sweden and most Latvians are Lutheran as is the norm in Nordic countries. On the other hand (apologise if I offend anyone here), Latvia has the most Russian influence out of the Baltic states as 37.2 percent of Latvia's population primarily speaks Russian at home and is just as widespread in the capital Riga as Latvian is. The wikipedia article also states that 54% of young Latvians have a good command of Russian. If this is still true now, then it is a stark contrast from other Baltic states where most of the youth doesnt understand Russian. Latvia is also the poorest of the 3 which also prevents me personally from associating it as Northern European.

As for Estonia, I think they are fully Northern European. Eesti on parim riik maailmas.
