Division Series Game 5 - IT'S NOT WHAT YOU WANT: The Yankees fell to the Rays by a score of 2-1 - October 09, 2020 @ 07:10 PM EDT

I'm waiting for the off-day thread to be posted here in this sub.

Addenum to my previous statement: the New Year's Eve wearing of any Yankee-related clothing and caps, including our player jerseys, which I'm encouraging all our Yankees fans to do this coming New Year's Eve, is an idea I developed based on the dress worn by partygowers during New York City's New Year's Eve celebrations, but with team-related clothing in place of the usual party dresses as a show of support and gratitude to our team, its players and front office staff, as well as to our broadcasters in YES, for a great and memorable year and as a form of gratitude for the many years of joys, sorrows and heartbreak they shared with millions of New Yorkers and their fans all over the world, especially the team's 27 championships in the World Series. I particually reccomend that any Yankee fan be wearing on New Year's Eve jerseys bearing the numbers of past and present players, including our retired jersey numbers and those of our Hall of Famers, these include training, home and away jerseys, with no names in the back. I'm sure that every Yankee fan will do this on New Year's Eve whenever our team wins in the World Series or not, as a form of gratitude to the team and to the people of New York, and I recommend wearing the Yankee-related clothes and caps while watching the celebrations on Times Square on television and online, especially as the clock strikes 12, the ball drops, and the sound systems Play Dat Sinatra one more time.
