The Divison and lack of counters: SEEKER mines as an example (+ideas for counters inside)

Counter 2: pulse

The pulse mod with increased range and detection of stashes is inferior to the other options and has fallen out of the meta. (...)

*Shrug*... I use the Recon Pack mod most of the time due to its increased range and shorter cooldown vs Tactical Scanner. It still provides a pretty decent amount of crit, too, so it's not totally useless in a fight. I'd miss it if it got repurposed :)

If anything, I think the Scrambler mod should be the one to give protection against skills with active targeting like seekers and turrets. The pulse could disrupt the enemy skill object and jam (some of) its ability to track you.

To maintain some element of skill and tactical gameplay, let's say that the scrambler's jamming effect is stronger based on your proximity to the enemy skill object, meaning that you'd have the best chance of fully disabling the seeker if you wait until the very last second to jam it.

The pulse itself could potentially even be directional. You would be able to double tap to quick fire it and send out a weaker pulse in all directions, or to aim it towards the enemy and then fire it for a much stronger effect.

Just some thoughts anyway :)
