A lot of public schools here in the states will not allow students to enroll if they don’t get vaccinated for stuff like measles. It is entirely a persons right here to not get vaccinated. It is also the right of a school (or another business) to deny that person service because they put other students at risk.

Djokovic has the right to not get vaccinated. Nobody will force him to. Other countries or businesses like tennis tournaments have the right to deny service to some who doesn’t get the vaccination though. It’s entirely Djokovic’s right to not want to get the vaccination. It doesn’t mean he’s entitled to other people accepting that.

Just cuz he wants to risk it doesn’t mean he has a right to risk other people’s health in public events. So I don’t see the big issue here. If Djokovic doesn’t want the vaccination then fine don’t get it. The tennis tournament also has no obligation to provide service to him. That’s just the free market at work.
