[DM - Mike Keegan] Ole Gunnar Solskjaer surprises Man United staff with Christmas gift

Look we acknowledged he got second and we give him the full credit for it. The point is though, ideally the best is if we got second mostly based on our own merits and not really rely on other teams to slip up.

Therefore, if we had gotten second we should have looked to build upon it and at least maintain that kind of standards right? But look at the difference between Ole this season and how our rivals are performing at full strength.

Basically, all I'm trying to say is that second placement was nice but it masked the fact that we aren't actually that good. We were 'fortunate' such things happened to our rivals but in any other 'normal' season, we'll never even come close to sniffing second, which pretty much shows in this season already.
