DM invited his ex-girlfriend to d&d at my house without informing me, knowing my girlfriend and I dislike her, then made his current girlfriend help her build a character.

I'mma say something probably controversial: At least they're talking about the game. 90% of the posts on the front page of the subreddit are just art(Some of which is people fishing for commissions, I've noticed. Which hey, fair, gotta get that bread, but still), and while it's DnD 'themed', there's not really much of a conversation to be had regarding it most of the time.

Not saying the art posts should go away, either, these people are very talented and have clearly put a lot of work into what they like, I think that's awesome, but it's also nice to have a topic where some actual discussion of things like group etiquette or people relating stories can happen.
