Ok so i am not the dm. I was one of the said players. We were playing a dark sort of dnd that my dm created for when he had no ideas for his regular session.

So we were fighting vampires. I created Mia Harper, vampire hunter. Really what she did was go around shobing steaks into dead bodies of people who had been buried alive. We alose had the doctor (Not a time lord) and fucking snake pliskin.

So we were trying to sneak up on an enemy. Me and snake had the idea to look for a box. A cardboard box in a victorian mansion. So our dm has us roll.

Two nat 20's. One from each of us.

So our dm sighs as he has us find the box. Then snake gets in said box.

We are laughing our asses off as snake sneaks up to the vampire with a steak while under the box.

Then as snake attacks the vampire i play the metal gear "You've been spotted noise".

Well snake got shredded by the vampire and we had to shoot it to kill it. And we spent the rest of the adventure carrying snake around. But it was fucking worth it. We broke our dm in that moment.
