Doctors are too quick to diagnose depression without looking at other issues

My counselor told me I’m clearly bipolar. My GP told me I’m clearly bipolar. Even family members who previously “didn’t really believe in it” told me I’m clearly bipolar.

I brought it up with my psychiatrist; he was pissed that I questioned his diagnosis of general depression, so he put me on the SSRI that causes the most dramatic damage to bipolar people, to “test” whether I was faking or w/e. Everyone I knew thought I’d started taking speed. I passed out multiple times, started walking miles at a time at all hours of the night, blacked out, was SA’d, thought I was communicating with extraterrestrials, etc.

That psychiatrist literally LAUGHED when I told him what had happened in the single week I’d taken the meds he’d given me. He laughed. Some of these people are genuinely sinister and demonic and need to be locked away from the general public.
