Doctors thought she had been attacked with a machete

Maybe I've just done too many drugs in my past but I've been above .11 and been on clonazepam (not diazepam but similar), hydrocodone, and somas, and made it up and down steps without ever falling. I realize that's a terrible argument because everyone has different levels of tolerance, coordination, balance, etc.

I think a combination of her drinking and taking anti anxiety meds could definitely have contributed to her falling, and if that was the evidence alone, I would think she fell. But all the other stuff leads me to believe that she didn't.

Again, I would have voted not guilty. I don't think the DA proved his guilt beyond a reasonable doubt based on the documentary. But in reading about all the things the filmmakers left out, I do believe he murdered his wife (although maybe not with premeditation).
