The DOD, Pentagon and President(s) of the U.S. do not have any knowledge of theSpecial Access Programs (SAP’s) that have alien tech. They genuinely do not know what the UFO’s are or where they come from.

Battelle does not pay anywhere near well enough to keep secrets like that. They also likely aren’t hiring talent capable of doing this work.

I’m not biting much of the conjecture here. There are a handful of companies that scoop up the vast majority of good engineers. It goes NASA, SpaceX, Blue Origin, and then the next set of grads end up in defense at Boeing and Lockheed. They can do some alright stuff but they’re not reversing ET tech.

And the extremely talented Physicists and EE’s who stay in academia or making $$$ working on bleeding edge shared public/private wireless transmission tech are pretty visible.

You’re talking about putting people inside a black box for their entire career which is the only way you’ll keep them quiet. That’s going to take some really good pay and the promise of working on some really cool stuff. Government’s likely the only place that can offer that and funneling the requisitions through NASA is probably the only way to get the kind of talent needed.

Maybe I’m wrong but MITRE is a lot like Battelle and they have a lot of challenges that make this unlikely. I just can’t imagine anyone in that sector with their outdated work environments doing much with this. I guess they could be sitting on old crashed tech and hoarding it / making zero breakthroughs because of internal stagnation but that’s seems depressing enough for someone to talk.
