“Who cares?”

A lot of people do. Also it should be treated properly, as a mental illness. You were born that way and you think you should have been born and the other sex. I don’t see how someone can honestly say that something isnt going on cognitively. Especially when some are detransitioning. It’s a full physical change of your body and lifestyle. I can’t understand how something that drastic has shied away from understanding the mental illness behind it. It’s not shameful or bad that it is a mental illness.

Body dysmorphic disorder is considered a mental illness and that is much less drastic. It doesn’t make any sense that this isn’t. And honestly, it’s fucking done intentionally - this whole take away the mental illness aspect of it.

I haven’t read The Strange Death of Europe by Douglas Murray, but apparently, he says that one of the last few things that happens right before the fall of a great empire (and I guess this has been shown in the past) is they tend to really focus on gender and make it less meaningful - something like that.

Emasculating men just seems like a horrible thing for humanity for various reasons. Whether it leads to less procreation, or the role men have played (and will continue to play) in the face of danger/ tough times. There’s always going to be evil out in the world. It is important to be brave and strong. Not fucking cry because you have a certain pronoun and someone didn’t call you by it.
