Does anybody actually like when they discuss all this crude, sexual bullshit like in this weeks plus extension?

Frankly, I've been listening to this podcast, as a plus subscriber, for years and I'm so disappointed in the level of Western Christian superstition when it comes to the likes of Crowley, Spare, Tibetan Buddhism, etc. Perfectly fine for them to discus Christian figures like Emanuel Swedenborg, who used occult methods and practices. He's recognized as a figure in the occult. But as soon as it strays off standard western Christianity, it's suddenly demonic and toying with "demonic entities". Swedenborg and other Christian fringe figures used the same methods as Crowley and other occult practitioners. I've studied religion and psychology since I was a child. Christianity and catholicism have occult methodology and mythologies within their rituals. Western occultism is very Christian at its core if you research the history. Even the descriptions of the angels in the Bible and the book of Enoch show these "benevolent" entities as terrifying. Sex magick is all about entering an altered state of consciousness, just as breath work and long bouts of meditation. It's all meant to access the subconscious. I find myself rolling my eyes and disagreeing out loud at the hypocrisy whole listening.
