Just my 2 cents (I only have 3k subs so I’m not a pro) but a couple of things from watching your videos

• You have a good voice it’s easy on the ears ( would be good for narration)

• Don’t take it the wrong way but your thumbnails, titles, and videos themselves are low quality I would look up tutorials on making thumbnails via Gimp(free) or photoshop

• Try to make catchy titles

• Try editing your videos down and cutting out all the bits where you don’t talk (maybe try a scripted approach) Davinci Resolve is great and free

• Try to find out exactly what type of games you want to play/ stuff to react to. Your stuff is all over the place
