Does anyone in this community feel positively about their body?

I feel very positive about my body. I've been working out since I was 20 (now 27), and there was a point in my early 20s where I might have been overly muscular; perhaps the excess of testosterone helped.

But I'm at the stage now where I don't feel like I have to work out like mad and have a super disciplined diet, to like how my body looks with and without clothes. I like the look of having a toned midsection and a little bit of belly, I feel the most womanly I ever have.

Your body is amazing, it gets you places, allows you to enjoy the beauty of the world around you, to feel hugs and the sun on your skin. It deserves your absolute adoration.
