That’s really unfortunate. It’s terrible how the narrative changes so quickly and people can’t think back what happened a month ago.

I literally remember reading an article praising the Irish people for starting a covid relief donation page for the US Native Americans a few months ago. It was apparently in response to the assistance the Native Americans provided the Irish during the potato famine. It was an interesting piece of history I was unaware of. It’s bullshit people don’t think of these items before labeling a full country ‘racist’. Here’s the link for reference.
