Does anyone feel like they have nobody close to them?

It’s ok to feel this way. Most often good friendships are circumstantial. Until then, you’re just waving how’s your week been to someone in hallways.

It’s ok to prioritize grades. It’s alright that your GPA isn’t where you want it to be. It isn’t easy but try understanding that everyone has their own struggles/happy moments, and social media is a construct.

That said, social relations help you feel connected. If it’s important to you to develop friendships, start by looking within. Understanding yourself will help you identify ‘friends’. Be kind, polite, and helpful. Ask if someone needs a hand with something, or if you find someone interesting ask them out for a coffee (virtual sadly).

All that said, hugs.
