Does anyone use the Gaia GPS app? What other apps work well, if any?

Hello, a tip for anyone using an iphone based gps app: Learn how to use Guided Access Mode. It basically limits the phone to one app.

How I use it:
* Settings > General > Accessibility > Guided Access> switch to on and set passcode settings to 1111 (easy to remember and doesn't need to be secure because your not trying to lock kids out of the phone.) * open app you want to limit to, triple tap home button. * This brings up "options" in lower left. That's a button, not just a work. Click it. Turn on "sleep/wake button as well as the others, with the exception of time limit. No need to set a time limit (again we aren't dealing with kids.) > done. * start or resume in upper right corner. * now when you hit your sleep/wake button you turn the phone on and off right into your gps app. No need to see the home screen or click on app icons. It is like your phone is a one app device. * triple click to exit guided access mode, your code is 1111. * if you forget your code, and seem to locked out of your own phone, don't worry... hardboot by holding the sleep/wake and home at the same time. When it turns back on, you will not be in guided access mode.
