Does anyone here run a manufacturing or rebranding business? Where/how did you get insurance?

We've had insurance for 2 years. All of the ingredients have a COA from a US supplier and we don't mix them, just repackage and rebrand together. We repack and lot code everything and sometimes, we test materials again with a third or forth lab for microbes. Our carrier is not renewing us because they deem us to be too much of a risk for their small business products and they don't offer cosmetic manufacturer's insurance in the region. I never lied or misled, I just remember explaining the business's operations in detail and then they asked like 3 times if we blended or mixed anything (which we don't).

Confused because I found one agent who got an application and asked a million questions like that, but most agents say they can't do that. I'm presuming maybe agents only choose to work with certain companies and won't bother if they don't routinely participate in those kind of policies/carriers?
