Does anyone here uses/chews gum? If so, what kind?

I used to chew nicotine gum for years but my anxiety got a lot worse and I decided to quit. I ended up just switching to chewing regular gum. For the first 2-3 years after I quit I chewed one pack of trident spearmint (14 pieces of gum) every single day and sometimes more. Now I usually only chew gum at work and when I'm driving because it helps my focus and anxiety when I'm driving. Xylitol causes you to create saliva combating anxiety dry mouth. Really any gum with xylitol as the sweetener will be just fine for you. There's some people that even claim xylitol can help reverse/stop cavities. I have not had any cavities or dental issues from using trident for a long time.
