Does anyone know if western digital will be releasing new harddrives this year?

Its all for work on my main PC, some of its text documents and books, but its mostly animation and artwork, and backups of the finished products, so mainly its just a stockpile of design files and folders, and a lot of them can take up a good bit of gigabytes, which all adds up pretty quickly into terabytes. So I'm looking for something that can hopefully last me more than a year before I have to buy yet another drive. I've looked in on seagate and hgst, both seem more affordable, but seagate has some failure issues and I've heard hgst are not the quietest of drives, Having 4 fans plus another 3 for the water cooler and two harddrives, and an extra external for back-ups, its already noisy enough lol.

But yeah with 10tb almost maxed, as of now, if I could double that with a 8tb-10tb that would be better than just a 6tb, but if not I might have to just buy 2 6tb, which is a bummer to some degree seeings that is taking up valuable expansion slots for the future.
