does anyone really believe this made up bs?

Idk about the litter box thing, but one of my local schools is having this issue in middle school. A couple of kids claimed discrimination when they weren’t allowed to wear their fursuits at school and their parents backed them. Out of fear of a lawsuit, the school allowed it. Now half the class is coming in dressed like animals, crawling around on the floor under the desks, and meowing or barking during lectures. So does the school stop it at risk of a lawsuit for sexual discrimination? Or do they allow it and the kids that are just trying to learn are just constantly distracted? (These kids are 10-13 so when they heard they could dress up as animals and not pay attention in class, they were all about it. I can’t speak for them, but I think the for the vast majority, this has nothing to do with identifying as an animal and everything to do with goofing off in class.)
