Does anyone in this thread actually feel bad for Liz?

The case of Liz appears to be a textbook case of untreated bipolar disorder. I feel bad that she, as a person with an illness that has potential to be very serious, was raised by a family of individuals who display an alarming amount of narcissistic traits, who probably mocked the idea of mental health and certainly did not get secure for their child the care that she needed. It is clear she has lived a traumatic life from early on. However, my sentiments of sympathy are overridden by concern for the safety of those she has influence on, particularly her 3 children. As a clinician specializing in the treatment of trauma myself, I am extremely concerned for any individual with PTSD/C-PTSD who falls into Liz’s path. The outcome of this could very easily be catastrophic. I would suggest any individual who is in any kind of emotionally or developmentally vulnerable state and is dependent on or influenced by Liz in any way, is in imminent danger.
