Does anyone know where I can find the FT employment pay rules in myhr or etk? I’ve been told a couple different things. Guaranteed 32hrs or guaranteed 32hrs if under 32hrs/wk for the last 6 weeks. CA.

What you said is what the definition of FT is per ACA/IRS, but what I’m trying to find out is what happens if I don’t meet 30hrs/wk or 130hrs/mo. Will I be paid the difference? I can’t find any information about that.

Every time I’ve discussed this with anyone in management I was told it’s either 32 or 34 hrs each week. Even as recently as 2-3 weeks ago I was told we are required to get 32hrs in CA. I can’t imagine they would say 32hrs if it’s really only 30hrs. They said they would’ve cut hours further until the end of the quarter, but because it was CA (they straight up said other states would be cutting further because there is no state requirements) they weren’t allowed, so I was given the option to either take vacation or work 4 8hr days.

Again I’m trying to determine what if any is the policy if I don’t meet the minimum full time hours each week/month because I believe I haven’t for a good portion of my employment.
