Like others have said, I’m a woman but I’m super friendly and remember all my regulars names and usual orders. I’m also southern so I call my male and female regulars hun and sweetie, etc. The guys know not to get gassed up though, I’m very happily married lol that’s just something southerners do. It doesn’t mean anything romantic here.

Starbucks is very customer oriented and it’s our job to make connections with you and get to know you. We’re supposed to be friendly and remember things about you. I’ve given away free drinks for regulars before when there’s been hang ups or abnormally long waits or whatever.

But I mean, you never know. She could be into you and just doesn’t wanna be out there with it because it’s not really professional for her to be flirting on company time lol you could always just wait for a time when it’s not busy or when she’s getting off work or something and just be up front “hey I think you’re great and you’re beautiful and I’d like to get to know you better, would you be interested in going to dinner with me such and such night?” You won’t know if you don’t try!

But just going by the examples you gave, those instances in itself don’t mean there’s something deeper or she’s for sure into you. She’s just doing her job.
