Does it get better after the first two days?

I am too but I know it's just all the stress talking. I am dealing with so much anxiety and I know if I just kept a level head things would be so much easier. Taking a puppy out for a walk shouldn't be a big deal and when I wrote that yesterday I was in the middle of a virtual meltdown with a puppy who was more demon than dog in her playpen. She throws herself at the walls of her pen and rips up anything she can get her mouth on but eventually settles down. I get frustrated when it seems like she doesn't care that the dog is acting nuts and I'm the one trying to wear her out when I am mentally and physically exhausted. She does help but on days like yesterday I need a little more help and I would love a pet sitter once or twice a week but she won't let the puppy socialize. To be fair she is nervous with all the covonavirus stuff going around which I totally understand but I need a break from time to time for my own sanity.
