Does CAIR really support Hamas?

Mistakes like kidnapping the three Israeli teens and sparking the 2014 conflict?

That didn't spark the conflict at all. Try learning about the events rather than trying to blame Hamas as always. The month before that happened, Israel shot dead 2 Palestinian teenagers. The 2014 war began due to a variety of factors, not least because Israel wants to maintain the Occupation and uphold the status-quo.

Mistakes like continually stealing aid money and using resources on building tunnels instead of proper infrastructure?

They're under complete Occupation with blockades on every front. They have every right to build tunnels.

Also, unless you're blind, Israel constantly bombs and destroys Palestinians infrastructure - and it's not limited to that, Israel destroys their crops too. Any infrastructure they build, Israel will bomb.

Mistakes like using human shields by firing at the IDF from civilian structures?

Ah yes, the age old "human shield" excuse you IDF lovers use to justify Israel's attacks against Palestinian civilians.

Do all the mental gymnastics you want, pretend Hamas uses human shields even, but that doesn't change the fact that Israel knowingly targets and kills innocent Palestinian children while they play football and hide and seek.

You need to "come off it", both sides are responsible for the conflict, but Hamas is nowhere near as responsible as Israel. Israel is the one carrying out the Occupying, carrying out blockades against the Palestinians, and to be frank, utterly destroying the Palestinians lives. To even try to claim they're equal as you did is farcical.

Even Egypt has enforced a blockade against Gaza, and no prizes for guessing why that is.

Yeah, the country where the democratically elected government was overthrown, and replaced by a dictator, where political opponents and activists are regularly jailed/given the death sentence. I wonder why Egypt is no longer rational or compassionate towards the Palestinians.

And unless you forgot, Hamas came to be in 1987, due to Israel's abominable actions. Hamas/resistance will exist as long as the the cause does.

You can discuss this with someone else, I'm tired of wasting my time with people like you. As if you wouldn't put up any form of resistance if someone kicked you out of your house, killed your family, then continued to make your life a living hell. Yeah... I'm sure you'd do nothing.
