Why Does Congress Care More About Jewish Feelings Than Palestinian Rights?

Um, maybe you should do a little more lateral reading because it’s also a bit(lot) more complicated than you’re alluding to. But I’m saying this fully aware of the fact that a lot of people don’t really see our American history through the lens of different groups of people getting along or not. For instance the African American and Jewish relationship can be seen as good and bad(mostly good in my eyes, but that’s just two eyes, there’s the slum lord and anti-paternalist interpretation of jewish participation in the civil rights era). But the racist liking Jews more than black people mostly comes from the fact that Jews could “pass” more most of the time. Also, Donald saying the thing about preferring Jews to blacks counting his money is based on a very very very old stereotype, so there’s history around that too. Just saying? I’m not historian, but just like yelling racism is oversimplification and somewhat erroneous so is “no it isn’t”. At least that’s the way it seems to me.
