Does a Court martial count in sentencing [Federal?Military? CA]

My attorney is a Civilian with NO Military experience, at this point and has no idea on case law for regarding Military convictions.

In Maryland, the penalty is a paltry $10 fine. But in Massachusetts, an adulterer could face up to three years in jail.

For the Military I think ALL court Special martial are empowered, at the time I was convicted, under Article 134 I believe, with a maximum punishment of dishonorable discharge, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and confinement for up to 6 months.

And for all general court-martials, the maximum punishment is that established for each offense under the Manual for Courts-Martial, and may include death.

So I don't think things Quite translate from Military to Civilian side here.

Add in you're telling me I also have a misdemeanor for being late to work (Failure to Report) there is no place on earth that I know of that would hold up in any court even as a Citation.

And these non civilian "crimes" are to be seen as aggravating factors?

What I assume at this point is I need to canvas for a Retired Military Lawyer, and fire my current one, and only hire Retired Military lawyers for the rest of my life.
