Does it ever get completely dark around solstice where you live? Would you mind sharing some pics of the light?

Currently teaching rock climbing in Alaska and it's my first time here so the summer solstice still blows my mind. I'm in the back woods between Fairbanks and Delta for the past 2 weeks and will still be here for the next 1.5months. So lastnight I decided to see for myself how dark it will get. I stayed up till 4:15am lastnight and it was still just as bright as 7:30am in Louisiana(where I'm from) still blows my mind. I'm actually laying in my sleeping bag staring outside and it is...11:45pm and the sun isn't even close to setting. Would totally post a picture but I'm not sure how. We summited Inspiration point and Mitchell point lastnight around 12:30am, returned to camp, and I waited on List Lake till 4am for the sun to set but never did. I have plenty of pictures I'd love to post for you. I just don't know how via I'm on my iPhone and Facebook apps, not sure how to find the picture URL address via Facebook apple even just uploading my gallery photos straight to Reddit. But you add 10minutes of light in winter solstice a day and subtract them in winter I believe. Or vice versa.
