Does this feeling go away?

Part of solo traveling is learning to be “comfortable being uncomfortable.”

Feeling lonely, anxious, and uncertain is very normal for me for a few days, especially when it’s been awhile since I solo traveled. I have to unplug from my own internal chaos of always being on the go and dealing with people for work, paying bills, supporting friends, etc and unplug from the normal ways you’re used to escaping like too much phone time, tv, etc. Over time you’ll regain your confidence and that feeling will relax.

However, it’s different for different people. Some people don’t like it overall. But, in that case, you’re still learning about yourself! There’s always something to gain beyond watching tv and hiding from the cold.
