Gcam in 1+7p to use all lenses needs root,but main lens has no problem. I dont care if you beleve me or not but you can check my post history and see the list of phones i used, i had iphone 11 pro max until 2 weeks ago,before that i had 1+7p,in fact it was listed to sell when i had the iphone for that month, between going back to it and iphone i decided to sell the iphone and use 1+7p.

Lets come to point : -1p7p with right gcam and configs is on par or better in most cases than iphone.I can prove and assure you that by sharing my photos with ypu, again i dont care you believe or not,its not personal,eyes are same on every person,i asked many people and did comparisons. -iphone easily and constantly takes good picture,you can always take good photos without hassle of downsloading another app,and hdr algorithm is faster in iphone. -videos are far far better in iphone in comparison to any other flagship no comments there. -As price point in my country you can buy 3(yes you read right) oneplus 7 pro phones with the price of 11 pro max. Thats why i finally sold my iphone,buy other things with the money and kept 1+7p with near 3x storage and 2x RAM(256GB vs 64GB-8GB vs 4GB).

TLDR; So in still photos it is on par with samsung or iphone and other flagships when using the right gcam and good config with near 1/3 price of them in my country at least, but if you want no hassle and consistant results out of box without 3rd party apps other flagships might be better choice.

But if you couldnt install a simple apk,dont say its not possible or its not good and dont make wrong choice go buy some other phone which will make you happy, that way life would be happier place for you :)
