Does Germany have an integration problem?

I think it's important not to reduce the problem, though.

These kinds of cliques can be very toxic from my experience.

As a non-Muslim Arab, I have learnt to avoid these kinds of cliques because they are very intolerant of people like me, and the problem is that they police each other and encourage radicalization.

I have a friend from Syria who recently lost his religious faith and became an atheist. He was caught eating pork by some of his friends in the Mensa of his university eating pork, and that lead to him being shunned and excommunicated from his group of friends. If you go against the norm in these cliques, you get berated, shunned, insulted and excommunicated. It is very very toxic.
