Why does my iPhone reload webpages every time

Depends. If it is a model older than the 6s or SE, it's because all iPhones before that were garbage and limited to 1 GB of RAM.

1 GB wasn't enough when the iPhone 5s was released, and respected websites like Anandtech noted in there 5s review that the RAM, and not the SoC or any other component, would be the major crippling factor.

As some sort of bad joke, Apple kept that same amount with the iPhone 6.

Newer iPhones are amazing and by far best in class. But all the crippling issues that older iPhones had, like the 6 and terrible build quality and anemic storage, really made the iPhones seem a joke for me. So, there's that, your iPhone is still probably one of the terrible ones.

PS: My post will probably get downvoted, because by saying that iPhones were garbage (when they obviously were, with their poor build, anemic ram and storage, small screen and so on) I will anger the ones that defend Apple at any cost. However, by saying that iPhones after the 6s are by far the best smartphones available, I will also anger the big amount of Android fanboys that pollute this forum, but that's what it is.

Newer iPhones: Best in class Older iPhones: Garbage.
