Does previous caffeine consumption effect fertility years later?

Yeah, I waver a bit on this because on the one hand, people get pregnant doing heroin, but on the other hand, studies I've read show that certain lifestyle factors do decrease chances of pregnancy (I'm not talking about a few cups of coffee though, we're talking more like heavy frequent drinking of either partner, smoking cigarettes, etc.) Like yes, binge drinkers and heavy smokers DO get pregnant without even trying, but I feel like if I were running intro trouble conceiving and I had some really unhealthy lifestyle habits, it wouldn't be crazy for me to pull back on those things.

That said, if we're just talking about moderation and normal behaviors, I don't think it's worth putting your life on hold. I cut out everything during cycle 1 and quickly realized this wasn't sustainable.
