With schizoid pd you don’t have an option for connection, you can’t do it, you can’t have an emotional connection with anyone, if you are young then you might not see this yet, but when you get older and you leave school it becomes very apparent, my advice to you would be to find out what you really want right now whilst you still might have that potential in you, if you feel you can still connect with people then my advice to you would be to really get those connections whilst you can and try immerse yourself in a social life whilst you still have that potential, there’s no compromise with this disorder, you will eventually disconnect from everyone in time unless you make an effort whilst you have potential, the potential is long gone with me I think, it’s all lost sadly.
