Why does sharing make people think you’re faking it?

Gosh, I'm so tired of it!

Veing verbal about your illness - you're just drawing attention
Having limitations because of your condition and being open about it - you're just pitying yourself
Looking well and having normal heart rate and breathing because I'm keeping to doctor reccomended lifestyle and taking medicines - well look at yourself, you're just fine and healthy, you're able to do anything and don't need any medical treatment
I have removed such people from my life, but damn, what's wrong with the world if you can't just say a word about your health problems? It seems like we're obliged not to share anything negative about our lives, or we're making people pity us (well, don't pity me, just respect me as a person who struggles)
