Does "In sickness and in health" only apply when you're married?

I think its pretty insensitive of him to act this way. I too have struggled with severe period cramps my whole life, and for those suggesting a doctor will have some sort of magical cure-all solution are living in fantasy land. When i first started seeing my current boyfriend he thought i had to be exaggerating until he saw a particularly bad spell of cramps first hand. Ever since then, he takes me seriously and help me however he can when i need it -- he's cool with me waking him up in the night, going to the store for me when he can, making sure i eat on the days where i lose my appetite, he checks on me throughout the day on bad days... you deserve that too. You should definitely have a conversation about it with him. Could it be he's just never been this close to a woman before? Maybe he just doesnt really get it, as opposed to not caring. The only way to find out is talk to him about it. Good luck, sis ❤
