Does signing a waiver under duress automatically make that waiver null and void?

It’s actually for my trailer at a seasonal park. The waiver is apparently from Camping in Ontario, a business association for private park owner. The waiver is supposed to be for Waiving Covid-19 liability, but only the last 4 of 21 paragraphs are related to Covid, and are reasonable. The rest is basically horseshit.

Basically, I wouldn’t have stayed at the park when I made my deposit and payments last year for this season if this waiver needed to be signed.

But now that say we have to sign and initial each paragraph, or have our trailer pulled and give up our deposit.

These Norway I can move my trailer at this time as I’d need more than 5 people to help with the deck and the shed, and I don’t want to give up my deposit, so I have no other choice.

So if I have to sign under duress, then doesn’t that make the waiver not worth the paper it’s printed on?
