I especially hate it when teachers do this too! My teacher would tell us to put our phones away, to not talk or whisper, and to not have any drink that’s not bottled water, and to not call or text anybody, even if it’s from our parents.

Then you see her during a test looking at her phone scrolling through cat pics on Facebook, talking and laughing loudly to whichever other teacher may be in the room, she’s drinking her 2nd cup of Starbucks, and she’s got her daughter on the phone.

Like, I can’t even text my own mother! Whenever the teacher is doing all of that, one of the students says “Psst, can you get my pencil off the ground?” The teacher would stop laughing and say, “Hey! No talking during a test!” Or how about when she’s looking at cat vids, a kid checks the time on his phone cuz the clock was busted, and the teacher tells him no phones! And that rule applies at all times! How doesn’t she feel dirty telling somebody no phones allowed, while browsing Facebook?!
