Ok, I'm going to throw out a bunch of info here and hopefully it will help you fix. I'd suggest going through the issues in order. Also stop using hacky shit like NTFS on Linux. They are not really compatible.

  1. That kernel command line param you posted is wrong. It is userns, not users. You shouldn't need it anyway, so delete it.

  2. Secondly, if using btrfs, Proton games must reside in the same subvolume as Steam itself. In other words, use the default Steam library only until you get things working. Otherwise they will fail to launch.

  3. Stick to the Steam Runtime, not the Native Runtime.

  4. Not sure what drivers you installed, but the actual AMD driver is built into the kernel. You should also have installed mesa and lib32-mesa, and either vulkan-radeon or amdvlk, as well as the lib32 counterpart of the same. Reboot the system after to be sure.

  5. If none of this works, sometimes Steam can get fucked up, especially if you're constantly changing things. The fix is to remove Steam entirely and reinstall it.

Hopefully this helps you.
