So smoking a cig can be 5 to 15 minutes.

Prayer is 1-3 and cleaning is 2. So lets be genuous and say its 5 minutes total. This is also assuming she gets regular breaks on top of it.

So normal work day she get 10 minutes to pray for the 2 times during normal hours. 2 breaks of 15. Meaning she gets 40 minutes of break time. Typically paid time.

The regular non musliums get 30 minutes. And will be yelled at complained to if they go over it.

(those working call Centers would know what I mean)

So is it fair they are getting paid for not working more then others and should they attempt to take the same amount of extra time. They could infact get fired for it?
