From the description, I believe this was a level 3A bite. The puncture injured the tendons around his finger that's why he needed urgent medical attention. I got him as a rescue when he was 3 months old. We have done 2 weeks board and train with him and kept up with his training. I wonder definitely describe him as over aroused dog. He is always hyper energetic and jump over guests and bark to the neighbor over the fence. Those are the things I have noticed but I don't think he ever gave me a sign that he would hurt somebody.

Another thing I want to point out is we had a small project going on in our house for last 2 days. I boarded him during the time and when he came back he was very confused with new smells and layouts. He hasn't been feeling like himself for last few days.
