I really don't understand this sub I guess. Are we really going to sit here and be on some high horse that doesn't undertstand that children probably want to have that one on one with an officer and for them to dap or whatever this dumb shit is with them? Like imagine your still a kid, you aren't excited to grow up to be whatever boring asshole you probably are, chances are your like heck yeah I'm going to be a doctor, a cop, an astronaut, a lawyers, a movie star, a whatever seems cool as a kid, than you get to meet them.... seems really likely that you would want them to do whatever gesture is "in" at that time for your age group. That seems really normal and how this sub always takes these things as some motivated advertisement towards the wrong age group is absurd. Imagine your that kids parent and not a total cunt like you actually are but a person who would be happy to see their kid so happy and excited over meeting a personal hero or someone important to them. Sometimes I just don't get who determines what actually is r/fellowkids type content. This just feels like because kids are involved it must fit, that is like half of this subs shitty content.
