Domino's Pizza CEO says U.S. needs more immigration to address nationwide worker shortages

As someone who used to deliver for a Domino's franchise, they:

1) put a huge amount of liability on drivers by requiring them to use their own insurance and vehicle without any kind of real compensation in the case of an accident (in fact, most likely outcome is termination)

2) require tips to compensate the driver as minimum wage and a dollar a delivery will NOT keep even the best/luckiest of drivers in cheap cars on the road long term.

3) intentionally bully the franchisees by requiring them to buy all their food and materials from corporate, then dictate retail price leaving the labor so incredibly squeezed, i actually felt bad for the GMs filling the hours
