Well not all overweights are equal. I could lose some weight myself, in fact I really need to get a jump on it before I turn 30. But I'd probably have a harder time vis a vis women if I didn't also have some muscle. Which I mean there are dudes out there who straight up lack strength while being fat as well.

And even more so for guys, let's be honest fatness can coincide with a lack of masculinity. Spend their time lazing around instead of getting after it. I'm overweight mostly because I have a big appetite. But I put in the work as far as handling my shit, between my job and getting my degree. I guess I'm lucky in that my gf can see past my big gut and appreciate that she's dating a man and not some man-child.
