Don’t threaten my credit after giving me bad counseling.

I work at a medical malpractice firm. If this happened at very least a few people would get fired and our reputation will get fucked by the hipaa violations. Each client would be informed and also have the option to sue. Needless to say, in 10 years of working there I have never seen a fuck up of this scale. Even sending out medical records the the correct facility on a non encrypted disc is considered a hipaa violation...

At the very least these people should know their information was leaked at least once. I'm still curious to how it happened unless all of these people just happened to request their records be sent to the same place and they mistook it for your address....
