There ia no winning in p2w. There is only an unfair advantage which leads you to perform better at something. When people think p2w they usually think about a definite end win screen which is never the caae. It doesn't matter if you will or will bot be able to buy more ships/weps/ uec with IRL money after release. The damag is already done becauae right now there are no bounds to what peiple can spend. You can buy 3 hammerhead and sell 2 to pay for supplies to finance using your third hammerhead. You can buy 10 hammerheads and possibly never have to worry about running costs. A game only needs to be p2w for a period of time for it to give some players a long lasting advantage.
