Donald Trump boasts of 'plunging' health insurance stocks following executive order on Obamacare

Um... you think its a bad thing to see that the Constitution is still a healthy and viable framework to structure a government?

Impeachment of an unfit president is EXACTLY what the Constitution is there for. We should all rejoice when we get to look at our 250 year old Constitution and watch it do its work.

The office of the president was never supposed to have this much power to begin with. If we get to walk back the autonomy of the president and put more focus back on Congress, it is a good thing. That was the scary thing about some of Obama's actions; he was smart enough to pull it off.

I don't like Trump one bit, but we are witnessing history. I hope people will talk about the post-trump presidency as being a much weaker "preside-er" role whose job is more in line with the original framer's ideas. Starting with Lincoln and the war-time crises of the 20th century the president has steadily gained powers. Congress often just decided to "trust" the president to make it easier to get things done. But when faced with a president who doesn't seem to have anyone's best interests in mind, its about damn time Congress reigned in all those concessions and started behaving like the institution it was supposed to be.

It will make passing legislation harder, but it could also force by-partisan compromise as well. I think that is a good trade-off, especially considering Congress hasn't done much for the past 9 years anyway.
