Trying to get into a healthy routine but then forgetting why you wanted that in the first place and keep wondering if there was something else in your head so you end up not doing it. Then you remember why you wanted that weeks later and plan to start again, but then you forget again. Been doing this for over a year now and I'm never able to start the damn routine for more than a day. In fact, tomorrow I'm set to start it again. I'm convinced I will but deep there I know I won't get even to the second day lmao

I'll freaking program a software that brief me up every morning with all the plans I have to focus and that I've planned. I feel like that's the only solution hehe
